Experiences is always Required

hi every one how is every thing with you , i hope that you all have joubs , for me nothing yet but i dont understand why every one nowdays crying for experiences ,
the university of king faisal announce that from 23/11/1430 they will start to recieve the requestes for the vacancies they have but when i enter the site to see the qualification and requirement for those vacancies they all need 3 years or more experiences, i wounder if no one employed any one without experiences how we can get those EXPERIENCES believe me they made fun of us realy
